Address by NPO President

President of NPO "Ecopulse"
Tomorrow starts today! It depends on our priorities and values, from our decisions and actions. We unite people who are in favour of a green future.

What megacities breathe, how much rubbish is in the ocean, what’s for dinner in a large family, how long we wait for our bus and whether we sort our rubbish. A large planet vibrates to the rhythm of millions of hearts. No one alone will influence society and governments of entire countries, but together we can! No one alone will create breakthrough technologies, but together we can!

Friends, join interesting projects and propose your own, raise resources and find like-minded people. Anything we can think of and want is possible. From eco-project to tech startup, from yard improvement to space exploration. The boundaries are only in our heads, dream and act. In the rhythm of the planet, in the rhythm of the future.

Clean city
Cleaning megacities from pollution
Metropolises are grappling with serious issues stemming from air, water, and soil pollution. These high pollution levels adversely affect the health of urban residents and jeopardize the ecological sustainability of cities. Addressing the cleanup of metropolises is an urgent task; without tackling these issues, ensuring a healthy and safe living environment remains unattainable.
The primary objective of the urban pollution cleanup project is to design and implement a comprehensive program aimed at enhancing the quality of life for city dwellers while conserving natural resources. The project strives to establish environmentally clean and sustainable urban environments.
To achieve these goals, the "Ecopulse" community and the project team are undertaking several initiatives:
Mobilizing volunteers and experts for regular actions such as litter collection, cleaning public spaces, and enhancing urban areas.
Conducting scientific research to better understand pollution causes and develop effective cleanup methods.
Organizing educational campaigns to raise awareness among city residents about pollution issues.
The project slogan, "Cleaning Metropolises Together!" underscores the importance of collective efforts and active participation by every urban dweller in the pollution cleanup process.
Note: This project serves as a prototype for public initiatives and is featured on our website as an exemplar. Our organization supports such initiatives and welcomes all ideas and proposals. We are currently collaborating with environmental activists, and exciting updates are forthcoming. Together, we can make a significant impact!
World Ocean
Tackling ocean pollution
Ocean pollution poses a significant threat to marine ecosystems and the health of marine organisms. Debris, plastic waste, oil spills, and other pollutants cause irreversible damage, impacting biodiversity and ecological stability. Urgent and effective actions are needed to clean up and safeguard the marine environment.
The primary objective of the ocean pollution control project is to organize beach and marine cleanup initiatives and conduct educational campaigns to raise public awareness about the issue. The project strives to establish clean and healthy marine ecosystems that promote biodiversity conservation and ecological equilibrium.
To achieve these goals, the "Ecopulse" community and project team:
Organize annual beach and marine cleanup drives.
Conduct educational campaigns to enhance public awareness about ocean pollution.
Moreover, the project collaborates actively with local organizations, governmental bodies, and international agencies to bolster efforts in combatting ocean pollution.
This initiative to combat ocean pollution is crucial for preserving marine life, biodiversity, and ecological balance.
Health
Ecological food
Modern diets have a detrimental impact on human health and the environment. Mass production of food, use of pesticides and chemical additives, and extensive transportation contribute to adverse health and ecological effects. Promoting ecological eating is crucial for creating a sustainable and healthy food system.
The primary goal of the ecological eating promotion project is to popularize healthy and environmentally friendly diets, support local producers, and develop farmers' markets. The project aims to shift people’s attitudes toward food, advocating for natural and organic products while reducing the negative environmental footprint of the food industry.
The "Ecopulse" community and project team organize educational programs, workshops, and training sessions. They also disseminate information about local producers and farmers' markets to support their growth.
Furthermore, the project team collaborates closely with local farmers and producers to promote the production of environmentally friendly goods. They provide financial and organizational support, assist in marketing, and facilitate sales of these products.
Additionally, the project actively partners with community organizations, restaurants, and cafes to expand access to ecological food options. They offer consultations and training to food entrepreneurs, helping them adopt ecological practices and offer nutritious, environmentally friendly menu choices.
Project slogan: "Eat Ecologically — Live Longer!" This underscores the importance of choosing environmentally sustainable food for personal health and well-being. The project encourages everyone to actively participate in promoting ecological eating habits and make choices that contribute to a healthier, more sustainable food system.
Note: This project serves as a prototype public initiative showcased on our website. Our organization supports such initiatives and welcomes ideas and proposals. We are currently collaborating with environmental activists, and more updates will be available soon. Together, we can make a difference!
Garbage sorting

Sort your garbage correctly!
The primary goal of the waste sorting awareness project is to educate and inform residents about proper waste sorting methods, encourage environmentally responsible behavior, and create conditions for effective waste recycling. The project aims to reduce waste volumes, increase recycling rates, and establish a clean, sustainable environment for future generations.
The "Ecopulse" community organizes educational programs, workshops, and training sessions on waste sorting. The project team actively engages schools, educational institutions, and community organizations to conduct these activities. Additionally, the project collaborates closely with local authorities and businesses to develop infrastructure and support systems for efficient waste sorting and recycling. They run campaigns for separate waste collection, install designated recycling bins, and establish recycling collection points.
Project slogan: "Sort Waste — Save the Planet!" The project encourages all residents to actively participate in waste sorting and contribute to creating a cleaner, more sustainable environment.
Note: This project is a prototype public initiative featured on our website. Our organization supports such initiatives and welcomes new ideas and proposals. We are currently working with real environmental activists and will have many updates soon. Together, we can make a difference!
On June 30, a multinational team of volunteers gathered in Kyrgyzstan to clear the sacred Suleiman-Too mountain of vandalistic graffiti.

The international non-profit organization "Ecopulse" aims to unite environmental activists, facilitate collaborative project implementation, and connect like-minded individuals and resources.

Through the "Ecopulse" platform, participants from various countries and cities converged at the UNESCO World Heritage site, Suleiman-Too mountain, to conduct a cleanup campaign removing graffiti from its rocks.

Volunteers from the "Clean Altai" project provided expertise in cleaning techniques and conducted technical training for the participants.

"Inna Muklaeva, leader of the 'Clean Altai' project, shared: "For five years, 'Clean Altai' has been committed to removing vandalism from tourist sites in the Altai Republic. We collect litter, clean rocks of inscriptions, install informational signs, and educate children and youth. We've cleaned over 4000 square meters across more than a dozen significant locations in our region. Our work often attracts interest from other countries and regions within our country due to the widespread nature of the issue."

"It was crucial for us to participate in cleaning Suleiman-Too mountain," she noted. "This site holds cultural significance for people across Asia. We look forward to continuing our partnership with 'Ecopulse,' as it's essential to raise awareness that nature preservation is achievable."

Local volunteers from Osh and neighboring cities, activists from Altai and other regions of Russia, and concerned visitors from Kazakhstan all joined forces to clean multiple sections of the mountain.

Beyond mountain cleaning, "Ecopulse" supports the implementation of diverse environmental projects. If you have ideas, the organization can assist in attracting supporters and resources.

About 50 rare Saker falcons have been reintroduced into the wild in the Republics of Khakassia and Tuva – marking a record release.

In the 1970s, the Saker falcon population in Khakassia was stable, but today, finding their nests in the region is challenging due to habitat destruction from fires, human activities, and illegal bird trapping by poachers.

The birds were released across three locations within their natural range: in the Khakassky Nature Reserve in the Republic of Khakassia and in the Tuva Basin in the Republic of Tuva.

To minimize competition for food resources, each release included five to six birds. They will be closely monitored by reserve staff.

Reintroducing this significant number of adult birds to their native habitats aims to bolster the declining species population in the wild and enhance their prospects for successful breeding.

A student from Chelyabinsk has innovated with biodegradable packaging made from planktonic algae.
Sergey Marinin, a master's student at the Ecology Faculty of Chelyabinsk State University (ChelSU), has been awarded half a million rubles to develop this eco-friendly packaging solution. His grant, from the Federal Fund for the Development of Small Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere, will support the creation of algae cardboard—a biodegradable material sourced from planktonic algae.
Marinin's research focuses on optimizing algae properties to ensure they are robust enough for reliable production of waste-free packaging.
The value of this biodegradable packaging lies in its potential to replace synthetic plastics and traditional cardboard with a more sustainable, environmentally friendly alternative. Moreover, algae, the second most harvested aquatic product after fish, are even consumed as food in many countries worldwide.

This year, Russians have already collectively taken approximately 20 billion clean steps as part of the "Choosing Clean Air" campaign. Through this initiative, residents have saved one million tons of fuel and reduced harmful emissions by three thousand tons.
The third season of the nationwide "Choosing Clean Air" campaign began on May 25 and runs until September 22. Its primary objective is to decrease emissions of harmful substances and raise awareness about safeguarding atmospheric air quality.
Annually, over five tons of pollutants from vehicles enter Russia's atmosphere. For the past three years, many Russians have opted to forego minibuses and cars for four months, instead choosing scooters, bicycles, roller skates, or simply walking. This switch helped reduce emissions by 86 tons last year alone.
Since the campaign's launch this year, participants have collectively taken around 20 billion clean steps, equivalent to roughly 14 million kilometers. During this period, they have not only conserved one million tons of fuel but also curbed harmful emissions by three thousand tons.
